Tidak hingga dua ahad lagi Academy Awards akan mengumumkan para pemenangnya. Patut dicanangkan dalam pikiran kita semua, Oscar bukanlah "kitab" untuk memilih mana yang benar-benar terbaik, alasannya ialah lagi-lagi efek buzz dan promosi berpengaruh cukup sering mengungguli aspek kualitas dalam memilih pemenang. Jika diibaratkan sepak bola, Oscar tak ubahnya Ballon d'Or yang hingga kapanpun akan memunculkan perdebatan ihwal siapa pemenang yang paling pantas. Tapi supaya bagaimanapun, mengikuti ajang penghargaan terbesar ini memang selalu menarik. Sering muncul kejutan baik menyenangkan atau mengesalkan.
